Common questions

Before you connect.

Who can use this connector?

At launch, only active BuyINT Admin and Super Admin accounts. Sales Manager and Sales Representative access can be added later with their existing role permissions and assigned-client scope.

Can Claude change inventory or approve quotes?

No. Phase 1 is intentionally read-only. Claude can search, summarize, compare, and explain operational data without making changes.

Does Claude see my BuyINT password?

No. Authentication happens on the BuyINT-hosted sign-in page using OAuth 2.1. Claude receives an access token after successful sign-in and OTP verification, not the password.

What can I ask?

Ask naturally: “How many AirPods do we have?”, “Show pending quotes,” “Which invoices are overdue?”, “Any new customers awaiting approval?”, or “What RMAs are still open?”
